Starting August 2nd, 2021, Paypal has raised its fees to 3.49% of the transaction amount plus $0.49 flat per transaction.

Payments
The HOA dues are currently $704 / year payable by January 15th each year, or $352 payable in two installments by January 15th and July 15th. Make sure to include with every payment a note with the address of the home for which you are paying.

Payment options are:
Mail a check for $352 (half a year) or $704 (full year) or the amount you owe, to: "Whitehall Homeowners Association, P. O. Box 700, Roswell, GA 30077”, or
Direct via Paypal: go to http://paypal.com and send to treasurer@whitehallroswell.net either $365.24 (half a year) or $729.97 (full year), which includes the fees that Paypal charges the HOA for the transaction, or
- Note: If you owe any other amount, first determine the total you must submit including fees using a fees calculator such as https://salecalc.com/paypal?p=&l=us&r=0&e=3.49&f=0.49&m=0&c=1 (enter the amount the HOA will receive and then click on “To receive this” on the top right to determine how much you need to send). For example, if you owe the HOA $100, you’ll need to pay $104.12 (click here to see the calculator’s results for this example).
Paypal or Venmo: select option below and click “Pay Now”. This amount includes the fees that Paypal/Venmo charges the HOA for the transaction.
- Note: The link below goes to Paypal’s website, but you can select Venmo once you are there (Paypal owns Venmo).
